Hatırlarsınız. iki ay once Beykoz Belediye Başkanı Muharrem Ergül’ün kararı ile gönüllülerin Beykoz Barınağına girişi yasaklanmıştı. Gerekçe olarak gönüllülerin hayvanları Avrupa’ya sattıklarına dair saçma sapan bir iddia öne sürmüştü. Iddiayi dayandırdığı kaynak ise Dohayko’dan gelen ihbar mektuplarıydı.
O gün barınak ve yanındaki ormanlık alanda 2000 köpek vardı. Bugun barınak ve çevresinde sadece 400 köpek kaldı. Barınak inanılmaz bir izbeye dönüşmüş. Hayvanlara ekmek ve sudan oluşan bir bulamaç veriliyor. Afet ekmeği ambalajlarına bayatlamayı önlemek için koyulan ve zehir içeren poşetleri ayıklamaya bile tenezzül edilmeden.
1600 köpek nerede? Önce ormana atılıyor sonra itlaf ekiplerince zehirleniyorlar. Beykoz ormanlarına yolunuz düşerse onları otoyolda şaşkın bir şekilde sağa sola koşarken göreceksiniz. Yavrular, uyuzlar, yaşlı köpekler...

Fotoğraftaki köpek 31/7/2008 günü Beykoz Riva yolu üzerinde Bozhane mevkiinde bulundu. Barınak köpeklerinden biri olduğu gönüllüler tarafından teşhis edildi. Başından ve vücudundan silahla vurulduktan sonra ormandaki yabani hayvanlar, ya da diğer aç köpekler tarafından parçalanmış.
Beykoz’da itlaf devam ediyor. Herkesin gözü önünde.

MASSACRE IN BEYKOZ CONTINUES
You will remember that the Beykoz Mayor Muharrem Ergul had forbidden entrance of volunteers to the Beykoz shelter. The excuse they have given for this was the utterly nonsense lie about the volunteers selling dogs to Europe. The evidence for this accusation was a letter of denunciation sent by Dohayko, a so called animal protection organization.
On that date, there were 2000 dogs living in the shelter and in the forest area behind the shelter. Now there are only 400 dogs in the shelter trying to live in horrible conditions. The forest area is emptied. The shelter has turned out to be a filthy death camp. Animals are fed by bread and water. They don’t even bother to pick up the poisonous bags put in the bread packages to prevent rotting.
Where have the 1600 dogs gone? They are first dumped in forests and then poisoned or shot by gun. If you go to the forests around Beykoz you will see them running around in anguish trying to find their way to a place where they can find food. Puppies, those with mange, old ones that can hardly walk…
The document above is the evidence of Beykoz Municipality’s bloody execution. On it writes” itlaf ekibi” which means: “killing team”.
The dog in the picture above was found in Bozhane district on the road to Riva from Beykoz. The volunteers recognized that it was one of the dogs from the shelter. It was shot from head and body several times and later eaten by wild animals in the forest, or maybe by other hungry dogs.
Massacre in Beykoz is continuing in front of the eyes of everybody.
Please don’t turn your back on this cruelty.

Yıllar önce evimizin bahçesinde yaşayan bir kurt köpeğimiz vardı.Bir sabah zehir yiyerek öldüğünü gördük.Nasıl bir üzüntü yaşadık nasıl kahırlandık tarifi mümkün değil.Bu canlılar ne zaman zulümden kurtulacak.Tek beklentileri bir kuru ekmek...

"yaptığınız katliamlar size geri dönecektir. eğer inançsızsanız o zaman başka şekillerde çekersiniz bunun bedelini. inancınız olsa, allah korkunuz olsa vicdanınız da olurdu.
vicdanınız taşlaşmış değil yerine başka şey geçmiş artık. keşke hayata o köpek olarak gelseniz bir anda herşey tersine dönse de...başka türlü anlamanız imkansız çünkü bu olan bitenin vahametini.
kafanıza kafanıza vurulmadıkça kimse hiçbirşeyi umursamıyor değil mi?
